2020 Here We Come!

I don’t think I have ever been so happy to see the end of a year come. 2019 presented many challenges but I know that what doesn’t kill me makes me stronger. Here at No Shoes Nutrition things are never better and I am happy to tell you that there are many AMAZING things to come this new year!

But first, I would like to thank you all for your loyal following and for sticking with No Shoes Nutrition, reading these blogs and believing in what I am trying to do. I believe that there is a practical nutrition plan to fit every individual’s needs. I believe that nutrition doesn’t have to be tricky and that when we feed our body real and nutritious foods we will achieve optimal health and be able to live fuller happier lives.

This year No Shoes Nutrition will keep offering individual programs. I have different plans for different people, as I know that no two clients have the same needs. I will continue to offer free 30-minute consultations to ensure everyone has a chance to be heard. I want to understand your unique needs, hear about what you have tried, what your lifestyle is like and where you see yourself in the future. This will not change as it works and is a powerful tool to reach health and wellness goals.

On top of the individual programs, there will be a variety of group programs this year. I will be starting the year off with a keto program. I am very excited about this one as I know many people are curious about keto and want to give it a try. If there is a topic I get the most questions about, it’s keto and I hope to answer those questions with this 8-week program.

In the spring I will offer a new and improved Women’s Health 12-week program where we, as a group, will discuss women’s health and wellness topics like hormone balancing, weight loss, adrenal health and more! I offered this last winter and had a great time with lots of success.

I have promised to re-start my newsletter this year so watch for the first edition to come out in January 2020! If you haven’t yet done so please sign up on my website to receive my monthly newsletters. It’s a great way to keep up with all the events here at No Shoes Nutrition!

One last bonus, for following along on Facebook and on my website I will be doing a few more free offerings during the year. I am starting off with a 5-day detox starting on January 1st so be sure to stay tuned in to keep getting helpful tips and tricks to support reaching your health goals for 2020!
