Are you Crazy for Keto?
Keto Cool or Keto Crazy?
If there is one topic, I get the most questions about its keto. What is keto? Who is it good for? Do you think it might work for me? How do I start keto? I’m trying keto but I’m not feeling that well, am I doing something wrong? How many carbs can I eat? How much fat should I be eating? The questions keep coming and coming. I have finally decided to offer a solution!
This coming January I will be offering an 8-week course to introduce anyone interested in learning about keto and how to incorporate keto into a healthy lifestyle. Keto can be used as a “diet” but what I have experienced with this, is that most people that use keto as a diet end up feeling they are riding a roller-coaster and their weight yo-yos. Therefore, I want to help everyone who wants to learn more about keto to incorporate the principles of keto into a healthy way of living. To make keto something sustainable.
There are ways to incorporate a keto lifestyle for vegetarians, paleo, or whatever way of life you wish to lead. There are ways to incorporate all types of foods and all types of lifestyles. It’s just a matter of how to balance foods and macronutrients. I am planning to start from the basics and work keto principles into easy to use ways to reach your health and wellness goals.
During the eight weeks, we will start with what keto is, how to start, what kinds of things you can do to minimize the “keto flu” and work it up into balancing your nutrients to ensure you are getting everything you need for energy and health. There is also a tricky part with keto that many fail to think about it when starting out. When you reach your goals, how do you maintain them? This is the part that prevents the yo-yoing I referred to earlier.
