Holiday Health Challenge - Introduction
Do you want to make it through this holiday season feeling your best? Or maybe even shed some pounds? How about your mental health? Do you want to feel less stressed starting 2018? Then join this Holiday Health Challenge to help keep things in perspective and remind you of the healthy choices we should make over the holidays!
How it Works
You will need to sign up for the challenge by clicking the button below. Then everyday of December I will post a health challenge. You will visit the www.noshoesnutrition.com Blog each day to read the challenge and comment that you are working on it that day. The challenge won't be HUGE and it won't be rocket science. It's just a little reminder of what to focus on that day (and all the days of the holiday season) to help keep your health goals front and center when the pies, cakes and treats start calling your name!
For the 31 days of December, I will give you a little reason why these tips and tricks can help. I will include some alternative ideas if the challenge is a serious road block for you, and I will give you some words of encouragement to keep you focused on staying the path of health.
