Congratulations!!

Happy New Year!! We made it through one of the busiest months of the year and we did it as healthy as we could!! We were aware, prepared and still got to indulge!! Who said healthy couldn’t be fun!?! Celebrate your month today and look back at how far we’ve come working in a group and keeping each other accountable! 

Thank you SO much for being part of this challenge. I have loved reading the comments and contributions. I appreciate the feedback as this month has been a great challenge for me as well. I have felt supported by all of you and hope to continue to bring you fun tips and tricks in the year to come! Remember as always, I offer FREE consultations so spread the word to friends and family that may be interested.

In February, we will explore the need to stay active and include physical activity.  Nutrition is and important part of your health, but physical activity goes hand in hand.  I will be completing my personal training certification and have learned SO much that I can’t wait to share!  My friend Jason (an amazing personal training specialist) will be guest blogging for me so please stay in touch over 2018 as there is LOTS more to come!

The winner of the Holiday Health Challenge will be announced in tomorrow's blog post!!  I've realized that the Newsletter had to be done too far in advance to post the winners!  I will send out the first blog of the New Year tomorrow with the winner announced!!  Good job to all the participants!!  I hope you love the prize!!
