Reset with Results – Start the New Year Better

When will it be the right time to change?

What does the New Year mean to you? Maybe you sit down and set goals or get focused on what you want to achieve in the coming year. Maybe you re-evaluate your life and what you have accomplished in the past year. For 2021, I have heard many people talking about getting back on track after the train wreck of 2020. I don’t know about you but I am trying my best to ease into 2021, I am poised and ready to take on new challenges and dodge-pivot-embrace what the world will throw at me as I move forward – and move forward I intend to do. No matter what you call it, goal setting, resolutions, “the 2021 plan”, it can feel overwhelming and insurmountable. This coupled with the knowledge that only 25% of people who set resolutions stick to them after the end of January AND only 8% actually achieve them!

At No Shoes Nutrition we felt it was time to try something new. We don’t want to resolve to be different. We just want to reset to what we know works.
